Public Health Consultant (Non-voting member)
Jess is the assistant director for public health for Kent. Her portfolios since 2007, have included health promotion, smoking, sexual health, needs assessments and emergency planning. Currently, Jess's role covers the public health aspects of mental health and wellbeing, offender health, community safety, alcohol and substance misuse, public health education and training and she supports Dover and Shepway districts for their public health needs. She is a Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) Board member for South Kent Coast CCG.
She has qualifications in Psychology, Bio- Anthropology and Public Health. Jess is a qualified coach and coaches for the London Deanery, NHS London’s Leadership Programmes and South East Coast Mentoring Programme. Jess is the Educational Supervisor for Kent Public Health.
